Refund policy
At Kibodo, we strive to provide high-quality products that you’ll love. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Below is our return and refund policy to ensure a smooth and transparent process.
1. Return Eligibility
- Products are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required to process any return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products (including keyboards with custom designs) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Items that show signs of wear or alteration are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at hello@kibodo.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
4. Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@kibodo.com with photos of the product and packaging.
- We will offer a replacement or a full refund for damaged or defective items.
6. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at hello@kibodo.com.
7. Shipping Returns
- To return your product, you should mail it to the address provided by our support team.
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
